Between My Shrink and Me is an interactive workbook and journal was an arduous project to complete. One of my most vulnerable and transparent publications to date, Between My Shrink and Me takes readers on a journey of pain, healing and recovery. This workbook is a gift to my younger self as I give voice to her experience while also allowing her to rest.
